The Energy Advice Centre (EAC) at LSBU is a public service offering free energy advice to communities in London and beyond. Our aim is to support people across the UK in improving the energy efficiency of their homes and reducing their energy bills. The EAC is staffed by LSBU students working under the supervision of staff from the School of Engineering.
We offer tailored advice that includes:
- Optimising energy use within your home via behavioural and low-cost measures;
- Property assessment and recommendation of energy saving improvements related to heating, lighting and other energy consuming devices;
- Indication of relevant grants and funding schemes that may be applicable to your case.
