In February 2021, along with CFN Lawyers (an elite Hong Kong firm specialised in capital market and other commercial transactional projects), we co-founded the pioneering Amalgam Group Practice to join forces and share resources while legally as separate practices and streamlined operations.
Across the boarder, we have been synergising works with the Beijing headquarters of Zhong Yin Law Firm (a full-service PRC firm with more than 1,600 lawyers as at 2020) in a non-merger, bilateral collaboration since 2015.
