Infrastructure Luna has manufacturing facilities spread over an area of 1,00,000 square ft. inclusive of a centralized unit, of approx. 60,000 square ft. In this unit, all operations of auto CAD, sample preparation, storage, stitching, finishing, packing and quality control are centralized under one roof. With a state-of-the-art production facility, strong vendor base and robust logistical team, the company strives to deliver high quality goods to its customers on-time and in-full. • Factory Area: 1,00,000 sq. ft. • Machine Strength: 1000+ • Production Capacity: 4,00,000+ pcs/ month Quality and Technical Competence We have a highly trained and knowledgeable purchase team involved in detailed analysis of several prospective suppliers of raw materials in several parts of Asia. We have an in-house detailed quality checking system for all important parameters of raw materials. Unique Traceability Code– UTC – Luna has a distinctive system of using a traceability code label in garments. With this code, Luna can identify the fabric roll, trim lot and worker and QC details, etc, such that in case of any complaint from customer, it can identify the root cause of a problem & take action. This has tremendously helped Luna to improve quality and accountability, on a continuous basis.
