M & B Companies

Since the 1960's, the various M & B Companies have been developing and constructing buildings across Michigan. Initially focusing on retail, M & B moved into all types of commercial construction projects including airport hangars, commercial office buildings, health care projects, high tech collaborative space, and educational facilities. M & B has a long history of working with a very small elite group of clients building from a relationship base versus a bid and specification base. The guiding philosophy has been to find a small group of good clients and provide a level of service that nobody else in the market can match. This philosophy has led in several diverse directions that have served the clients and company well through the years.
