Using our NITROS technology, we produce nitrogen suitable for use in the food industry as protection against oxidation in other industries, for example to reduce the risk of fire during production or to modify the residential atmosphere to simulate a high mountain atmosphere. Another technology called ReCO2ver is designed to capture and recover CO2 produced during alcoholic fermentation and reuse it in the food production process.
