MMYDML has now on 8.5 ton daily production capacity of High Temperature and Pressure fast yarn dyeing machines of different sizes along with Hard winding Double waxing and soft cone winding machines, we have high efficiency RF dryer and Box dryer with vacuum suction hydro-extraction.
To dye any yarn, the process require a high degree of utility support like compressed air for soft cone winding and rewinding, high pressure steam for bleaching, dyeing, washing and drying, and a massive amount of clean soft water for dyeing and washing and also for steam generation. To meet the above requirement MMYDML has a new type of coal fired steam boiler (which can save energy more than 20%), a water treatment plant, a deep tube well and an air compressor.
