Madison Street Medicine (formerly MACH OneHealth) is a non-profit organization that provides medical care and support to people experiencing homelessness. We meet people where they are at, both on the street and by providing trauma informed services that include harm reduction and housing first best practices. OneHealth represents an approach to health care that encompasses the collaborative efforts of multiple disciplines working locally, nationally, and globally, to attain optimal health for people, animals and our environment.
We are on a mission to bridge gaps in the Madison area healthcare system by connecting with people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity with compassion and respect.
We envision a future where individuals experiencing homelessness have equitable access to housing and healthcare. We strive to include people with lived experience in all aspects of our organization.
