MVM Brand is a subsidiary of Macit Machine Engineering CO. Which has been continuing its activities since 1979. MVM was opened in 2014 as a new brand crane safety equipments producer. With over 40 years of our experience we started to produce Crane Overload switches according to costumer requests.
Our company has expanded its manufacturing network in this regard and has started to produce limit switches for rope-type ceiling cranes as well as exterior elevators and has got patent rights.
WHY USE?
The overload switches stop the operating system if the specified load limit is exceeded.
By preventing the crane capacity exceeding, provides longer life for crane equipment.
If your fasteners such as hooks, sling or chains are attached to a place other than the load during lifting your loads, it will assume that the load limit will be exceeded and a possible accident is prevented by stopping the lifting movement of the crane.
The overload switches are mounted at the last port of the rope.
When loading, the rope is tensioned and a group of wires resist to this. When the deformation reaches the specified rope tension, the limit switch is activated and sends a signal to the system and stops the movement. In this way, loss of life and property is prevented.
It is very easy to apply in existing systems.
