Mactan Airline Operators Council is an SEC registered, non-profit organization composed of airlines, ground operators and other airport stakeholders operating within Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
MISSION:
A common goal to unify, improve, develop, sustain services offered to the
travelling customers, cargo transport and personnel working in Mactan-Cebu
International Airport; offer support and act as voice to all its members on any matter that will pose as threat and challenges in the performance of their mandate.
VISION:
Recognize as a legitimate council by the airport authorities (MCIAA and GMCAC) and government agencies in all aspects pertaining to aviation operations, regulations, services and policies; unify and establish solidarity among all members and stakeholders.
Current membership includes all airlines (both domestic and international), ground handlers and other airport service providers including, but not limited to, cargo operators and security handling companies.
