Mad Chef Craft Brewing is a brew pub located in East Petersburg, PA. Owned by Greg Kendig, Francisco Ramirez and Gary McVaugh, our vision is to " Insanely combine the culinary arts and craft brewing" to deliver high quality craft brewed beer and upscale pub food in a relaxing environment.
Francisco is a graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, New York and he also has a B.S. Degree in Finance. He has a gift for flavors and balance that has translated directly into his mastery of brewing.
Greg is graduate of Penn State and Elizabethtown College. With over 27 years of experience in both manufacturing and logistics, his business background is a perfect compliment to Francisco's culinary experience.
Gary has spent his career in the sales and service industry with a unique talent for engaging people and ensuring that their needs are met.
