Mad’in Europe is a company focused on selecting and gathering European professionals and other stakeholders in traditional craftsmanship, cultural heritage restoration and fine crafts. 📢 Mad’in Europe is committed to providing visibility to these professions and to all stakeholders, creating cross fertilization, raising awareness about the value of know-how for future Cultural Heritage and for European economy, supporting the transmission of skills to future generations. 🖥 Our actions are made possible through our online portal madineurope.eu which centralizes contents from all the above-mentioned sectors, creating exchanges and disseminating knowledge and data for stakeholder’s further use. 🤝 We are members of: - World Crafts Council Europe - New European Bauhaus - Heritage Alliance 3.3 - Pact for Skills 👋 Stakeholders represented by Mad’in Europe: European professional craftsmen and restorers, crafts associations, foundations, schools, academies and other training centres or public organisations. 👍Nature and type of expertise which will be available: • Bringing solutions to microbusinesses of the crafts and restoration sector • Raising awareness on crafts through EU funded projects • Safeguarding Europe's intangible heritage • Offering training opportunities in order to ensure transmission • Collecting data and best practices from the sector • Dissemination and communication 📱Mad’in Europe and ICT. Mad’in Europe activity is based on the usage of digital technology (ICT) to collect, organize and disseminate information about the sector of CRAFTS and RESTORATION. The platform madineurope.eu aims to be a liaison between all stakeholders, to collect and share information about professions, techniques, specific knowhow, trainings, job opportunities, best-practices, events related to the sector… 🌍The portal is currently in 4 languages and plans to cover more European languages to be more accessible to European citizens.
