MAGNA consulting is led by Ella Tkach - Dreazen, who brings more than 15 years of experience at the highest levels of government as part of the Israeli intelligence community and Foreign Service. Ella served at the UN as a Middle East Affairs Advisor and the Chief of Staff for Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor, where she spearheaded top decision-making processes and played a crucial role in shaping Israel's bilateral and multilateral policies. Prior to that, Ella served as an IDF intelligence officer for six years before joining the Israeli Prime Minister’s office. Ella has a Bachelors in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from IDC Herzliya and a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, which she completed with honors, from Columbia University.
