Magnetic Leadership Lab is a 7-week Leadership Accelerator for women professionals looking to grow their leadership skills and network. It’s a powerful mix of content, community and coaching - curated for rising women leaders.
Women join from a range of industries including tech, ecommerce, finance, media and nonprofit and range in experience from Director to the C-Suite.
MLab is co-created and co-facilitated by Jenn Rowe and Shari Jones. Jenn & Shari combine their deep experience working in the corporate, non-profit, legal and coaching worlds to bring a unique, experiential program that brings all the magic of coaching, leadership and development to a real-world setting. Together they have worked with women leaders, at all stages of their career, from high-growth companies like Google, Amazon, YouTube, Levi's, Slack, Stitch Fix, Affirm, Estee Lauder, as well as women founders of high tech start ups from seed stage to hyper growth.
Jenn and Shari specialize in helping women cross the chasm from individual contributor to senior leadership positions - be they VP, C Suite or Board level positions. Jenn and Shari create bold, fun, warm, courageous and smart communities for women leaders to fully express and embrace their full potential. They passionately believe that life is too short to show up at work as half a human.
