Our journey began at the family dinner table – five people, five tastes, from three different continents around the globe, with a shared passion for flavour and a love of clean eating. As we all know, life can get pretty hectic, and it’s not always easy to find time in our busy schedules to enjoy quality time with friends and family. Here at MAHI, we believe that meal time is that special hour of the day to sit down and enjoy great food and even greater company. Scouring the supermarket aisles, we wanted a sauce that would cut prep time in half and deliver a meal full of flavor, but all we found were products full of artificial ingredients and nasty chemicals or boring, bland sauces that lacked that zing we were craving. That’s what got us thinking! We pulled together a team of experts (who we like to call our MAHI spiceologists!) to create a simple, all-natural alternative for those seeking a sauce that was as tasty as it was healthy. After a decade of mixing, blending and experimentation in the kitchen, we perfected a range of sauces and marinades that fuse together the finest ingredients to tantalise your taste buds and deliver an explosion of flavor.
