MAILLE CLUB GROUP is a Tunisia-based Group, created in 1976 by the Abdelmoula family, and specialized in the manufacturing of knit clothing and retail business in Tunisia and Algeria. The Manufacturing Activity is totalizing more than 10,000 sqm, employs around 250 persons, and produces c. 700,000 items on a yearly basis. It covers the design, the embroidering, the cutting, and the tailoring. The production is related to the Mabrouk brand (www.mabrouk.tn), and also to international high-end brands. The Retail Business is composed of 35 stores/corners, divided into mono and multi-brand shops, covering high-end and mass market ready to wear, shoes and accessories, for men, women and kids. The Group currently employs, within its distribution network, around 300 persons, manages a global sales area of c. 12,663 sqm, and handles more than 1,000,000 items yearly. In 2013, AfricInvest invests in Maille Club Group, in order to help boosting its transformation and development. L’Industrie Textile occupe une surface de 10,000m², emploie près de 250 personnes, et produit environ 700,000 articles/an. L’activité couvre la conception, la coupe, la broderie et la confection. La production est dédiée à la marque Mabrouk (www.mabrouk.tn), mais également à des marques de luxe internationales. Le réseau de Distribution est composé de 35 boutiques/corners, divisés en mono et multi-marques, dans le secteur du luxe ainsi que dans le mass market, et propose du prêt-à-porter, des chaussures et accessoires pour l’Homme, la Femme et l’Enfant. Le Groupe emploie actuellement, dans la Distribution, près de 300 personnes, pour une surface de vente globale d’environ 12,663 m², et gère plus de 1,000,000 d’articles/an. En 2013, AfricInvest devient partenaire financier du groupe, afin d'accélérer son développement et de l'accompagner dans sa transformation.
