Every Maine Coast lobster is graded for quality by one of our experts. We look for shell quality and strength in each animal that is shipped. Our frozen lobster tails and fresh meat are processed using industry leading technology, High Pressure Processing (HPP), securing the flavor and freshness of our product for our customers.
