UMA’s Maine Cyber Range (MCR) was established to provide an immersive training and simulation center that takes cyber education and workforce development to the next level. Students are provided innovative technology and a curriculum designed to meet the growing demands in the field of cybersecurity. Students and professionals are able to build their skills on how to best detect, respond, and prevent cyber incidents; Skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
The MCR has become a cybersecurity education hub, fostering collaboration with Maine businesses, organizations, and government agencies, especially for training, readiness and assessment.
