Our community sharpens their thinking skills in thousands of ongoing idea challenges — some entertaining, some serious, some with major impact, and others seemingly trivial. By practicing in these idea tournaments (asking insightful questions, entering and testing ideas, and peer mentoring each other), we can all get better at creative thinking, and build a personal reputation for innovativeness. By doing this, participants earn recognition, money, and possibly funding, to explore problems and launch new projects and services.
