As an independent restaurant in Edinburgh we have always try to deliver the basics: good food & good service !
The overwhelming response from our guests has been testament to these simple beliefs. We are grateful to have thousands of guests from all over the world who come to see us, recommend us to their friends and family and come back to visit again.
Our goal : offer the most inclusive menu with meat, vegetarian, vegan, gf, and dairy free dishes in a nut free kitchen working with local suppliers who also helped us create a great no/low alcohol section on our drinks menu.
Our proudest achievement : making our own scotch eggs and growing our own lion's mane mushrooms. Oh and being #1 in the UK + #9 in in the world for Casual Dining in 2024
