Programs in Prevention, Intervention, and Postvention.
Our mission is to empower humans by providing the knowledge and skills needed to navigate difficult conversations about mental health, substance abuse and suicide. We firmly believe that education and hard conversations have the power to save lives!
Our vision is to stop the stigma and normalize the conversation about mental health and suicide through educational classes and community events to reach one million people by 2030.

1 in 5 adults experience a mental illness in a given year.
1 in 25 Americans lives with a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression.
Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for individuals ages 10-34.
5 in 5 of us have mental health.
And almost everyone in the world has experience with someone that has attempted or completed suicide. Or has personally known someone who has lived with or struggled with a mental health challenge.
