Maketube has developed CO2 technology applied to the preparation of espresso coffee that goes beyond the traditional technical paradigm (pump, boiler, filter), reduces errors to zero, allows perfect extraction and introduces portability of the machine.
The CO2 technology has required two international patents: the high-pressure valve and the back pressure disc - two elements that, with their high-precision mechanisms, play a fundamental role in the quality of the espresso produced.
