Vision In 2025, our vision will come to life with the launch of the Tri-Borough Health Equity Community Hub (HECH), a dynamic space designed to provide integrated, community-driven solutions to the key determinants of health. By focusing on health, economic empowerment, and social cohesion, the HECH will serve as a cornerstone for addressing systemic disparities and building stronger, more resilient communities across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham. What We Do Music Education & Training: Inspiring talent through high-quality music education programs in schools, communities, and health settings.
