Malphrus Golf was established in 2001 as an independent division of Malphrus Construction in order to focus resources on golf course projects and clients. Recent projects include the Monroe, North Carolina Country Club wherein Richard Mandel, guided by the original Donald Ross designs, recreated the well known bunkers. At Sanctuary Cove at Waverly, Georgia, Malphrus Golf delivered the complete build of an 18-hole course designed by Davis Love III and Freddie Couples for Bluegreen Development.
