Mama Beasts is a media brand on a mission to provide inspiring and relatable content to modern women — who also happen to be mothers. Through our monthly e-magazine and events, we invite the woman inside to come out and play.
This woman-first focus stems from our brand’s roots in stroller fitness for new moms. We recognized it was crucial for mental health that young mothers were seen during those early years. And now, we support moms a bit further along in their lives as this need can even intensify in approaching midlife.
Our tagline for our stroller fitness program was: more than a class; this is a community. This is more than an online magazine or blog. It’s a movement in content for women and mid-life. Our November issue launched in 2023 and we are just getting started.
