Mama HACs assists self-managing landlords with 10 units or more. Our most popular service is assistance with current tenants. We address tenants' questions, concerns, and issues; coordinate maintenance requests; assist with the renewal and non-renewal/move-out processes; provide notices for inspections and late payments; implement tenant retention and more.
We also offer stand-alone packages for those that have property management under control but may need additional assistance during the busy season with processing applications. Or maybe they would like to implement tenant retention but do not have the time.
