The Managing Authority Interreg 2021-2027 (Hellenic Ministry of Economy and Finance, General Secretariat of Partnership Agreement), based in Thessaloniki – Greece, is responsible for the management of five (5) European Territorial Cooperation - Interreg - Programmes and operates as the National Authority of other six (6) Interreg Programmes, aiming to strengthen cooperation in the Programme eligible areas and capitalise on experiences and results achieved so far.
The Programmes focus on addressing common cross-border, transnational and interregional challenges, supporting synergies through joint partnerships and consolidating strong cooperation with a view to enable a balanced, economic, social and spatial development at European level.
