Manderly Agriculture is a cape verdean business aiming to offer local sustainable fresh produce to the hotel industry.
Our aim is to replace the current vegetable imports the island of Sal depends on to feed the local population, but also the thousands of tourists that visit all-year-round. By translating Europe's agricultural technology to the island, we will be saving up to 90% of water compared to conventional cultivars.
Moreover our solar-powered systems allow us to reduce our carbon footprint to the minimum.
