Maniilaq Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering health, tribal, and social services to residents within the Maniilaq Service Area, which includes communities in the Northwest Arctic Borough and village of Point Hope. Representing twelve federally recognized tribes in Northwest Alaska, Maniilaq serves a population of over 8,000 people across an area roughly the size of Indiana. With a workforce of approximately 600 employees, it stands as the largest employer in the region.
