A lot of our partners need a development team to support them in their IT product development. In this model, partner provides a product owner (as a minimum) and other roles (typically scrum master, QA, architect or even developers) and we provide professionals with capabilities in asked technologies to join partner team and achieve goals together. Our professionals also give any advice about how to improve architecture, opinion on technology stack and share the broad experience with team members. Charging model is per time and material, per hours.
Product as a Service
Nobody understands your business better than you do. We are there to help you to realize your user needs into the user-friendly IT solution. In this model, we can provide the whole solution (from technology over cloud hosting to software implementation and integration). Our experienced product owners will design IT product in the line with your needs and together with developers implement it in a fast and efficient way. Charging model: time and material for discovery workshops and fixed price for the product.
Expert as a Service
It also happens often that you need single expertise in a certain domain, either to help your experts on project/product or to help you to provide your project/product missing expertise.
