Mānoa Chocolate is a Hawai’i based bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Kailua, O’ahu! Since 2010, we've been sourcing cacao beans from Hawaii and around the world to craft into fine chocolate. “Bean-to-bar” means turning ethically sourced cacao from seed to chocolate bar - all in one place. Our mission is to do good through chocolate! This means:
• Help develop an agricultural industry in Hawaii based around cacao agroforestry
• Have direct trade relationships with farmers
• Prioritize transparency and sustainability
• Assist in the development of the craft chocolate industry globally
• And last but not least, make people happy through delicious chocolate
