Our gnocchi has the highest potato content on the Croatian market, which guarantees a soft and tasty product, usually loved by all members of a family, especially children. Our Ice Cream is made of milk and pastes, we avoid adding a lot of aromas and we do not use milk replacers in our production.
Marex-gel gnocchi come in 4 different types and flavors. Our most recognizable product is potato gnocchi. We also have gnocchi with spinach, gnocchi with vegetables and gnocchi with added protein content and spelt flour.
Gnocchi with spinach are gnocchi with dehydrated spinach with no added colors and aromas. They are a great choice for a quick and healthy meal, especially if you combine them with fish.
Vegetable gnocchi are regular gnocchi with mixed natural flavors of potato, tomato and spinach. They are a great choice for a unique healthy meal that fits perfectly in any recipe from vegetarian to Mexican cuisine.
Our newest product is Gnocchi with added protein content and spelt flour. They have a combination of vegetable and milk proteins that together represent a high 17% energy source per 100 g of product and they can be served as a smart meal choice for children during child development as well as for those who are actively involved in sports.
We have been producing and distributing ice cream for HoReCa sector for 30 years. Our production process ensures that the quality of our product remains consistently outstanding.
