Mariout Hills Group, now a member of the Swiss Egyptian Business Association (SEBA), started 2014, the company has been founded as a shareholder company under the law 72 of the year 2017. The first project for Mariout Hills was at King Mariout and expanded so far to Al-alamin new city, with its headquarter at Alexandria and further offices in the north coast area, Alexandria, Cairo and Dubai, Mariout Hills developments has announced the launch of the Eco-housing concept for the first time in the history of the Middle East to be applied in Egypt, specifically in our unique project SWISS RANCH

مجموعة ماريوت هيلز والتي هي عضو في الجمعية السويسرية المصرية لرجال الأعمال، وقد تم إنشاء هذه المجموعة من خلال وقد بدأت المجموعة كشركة مساهمة للتطوير العقاري تحت قانون 72 لسنة 2017، بدأت الشركة بأول مشاريعها في كينج مريوط بالإسكندرية توسعت بعد ذلك في العلمين، وقد انتشرت في أكثر من مكتب حيث تمتد من مكتبها الرئيسي بالاسكندرية لتشمل أيضاَ مكتبها في القاهرة، والمنصورة، ودبي .
وتهدف شركة ماريوت هيلز للتطوير العقاري والتنمية السياحية لتحقيق نقلة مجتمعية في حياة المصريين في الساحل الشمالي ومدينة العلمين الجديدة، ولذلك أعلنت الشركة عن إطلاق مفهوم البيوت الصديقة للبيئة و الموفرة للطاقة "الإيكو هاوسنج" لأول مرة في تاريخ الشرق الأوسط ليبدأ تطبيقه في مصر وتحديداً في مشروعنا الفريد
