Founded in 1998, by the nationally-acclaimed pathologist Prof. Sevgi Küllü, M.D., Marmara Pathology Laboratories mission was to provide improved service in the area of anatomic pathology. Under her direction, a solid foundation of outstanding and high-quality pathology services was established, in Bağdat Avenue, İstanbul.
In August 2017, Marmara pathology laboratoriy was acquired as a wholly-owned subsidiary of “Vizyon Tanı Tedavi ve Destek Hiz Ltd Şti”, established by Prof. Duygu Düşmez Apa M.D. and Yalçın Polat M.D.
Marmara Pathology Laboratory, is a privately held anatomic pathology and cytology laboratory company. We are totally committed to providing the best service possible, with a meticulousness that is unsurpassed. Our specialities in pathology are dermatopathology ( pathology of inflammatory skin diseases), uropathology, gastrointestinal pathology, cytopathology, and respiratory system pathology.
Headquartered in Ataşehir, İstanbul, we have been providing diagnostic testing, and information services.
SERVICES
The Pathology Laboratory provides an independent facility for provision of services to our patients and hospitals. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Through The Pathology Laboratory’s commitment to the latest innovations, we are constantly on the look out for proven innovative ways to improve our diagnostic testing abilities. By utilizing the latest technology, Marmara Pathology Laboratory utilizes a dual and two single headed binocular Olympus microscope, with a photo attachment; automatic tissue processor, automatic parafin tissue embedder and two microtomes- half automatic and manuel.
