We are specialty coffee producers in El Salvador. We strive to produce high quality beans through our farming practices and attention to detail. Our focus is on sustainable practices that will make our business a successful operation for years to come. Thus, we shy away from chemicals and try to minimize the impact to local wildlife and fauna. Farming is hard, but being thoughtful and conscious about our actions makes it harder. Nonetheless, we are encouraged and optimistic about our future.
Our farms are located in the Ahuachapan department of El Salvador at altitudes conducive to high quality coffee beans. We currently manage a selection of cultivars including Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Icatu, H1 Centroamericano and Pacamara.
