During this period we have undertaken major internal, external and conversion works on over 23,000 homes, the majority of these undertaken whilst residents remain in occupation.
As well as our Planned Decent Home works we also specialise in Responsive Maintenance and Repairs, Eco-refurbishments, Extensions, Conversions, De-Conversions, New Builds, Joinery Production, Electrical and Heating and Gas. Our main clients include, leading Local Authorities, Housing Associations, private sector clients and principle contractors across London and the South East, whom we have long standing business relationships with.
