MaSID is the Science & Innovation District in Madrid managed by Deeplabs.
It comprises two campuses. One is located in Tres Cantos, covering an area of 70,000 sqm, with 15 buildings and more than 3,000 professionals. The second campus includes 15,000 sqm located in Fuencarral, with 4 buildings situated in the city center and excellent connections to major business centers, universities, research institutions, and hospitals.

DeepLabs manages specific buildings for innovation sectors, featuring laboratory spaces, manufacturing facilities, clean rooms, and offices with access to common services such as restaurants, auditoriums, event and meeting rooms, parking, and fitness areas, among other general services.
