Mastertech Group is a leading provider of integrated building services, engineering solutions, and sustainable maintenance support across Ireland. Originally established as Masterair Services, our roots trace back to providing air handling maintenance for plant assets manufactured by Masterair Sales Ltd. Since then, we've grown significantly — evolving in capability, size, and scope. A pivotal moment came in 2015 with a successful management buyout. This marked the beginning of a rapid growth journey, expanding our team from 22 staff to over 150 professionals by 2025. Our growth has been driven by a commitment to technical excellence, ongoing investment in people, and the ability to adapt to the needs of our clients and the industry. To ensure we stay at the forefront of technical capability, we built an internal apprenticeship and training programme, equipping our technicians with broad, multi-disciplinary expertise. This foundation supported the launch of our M&E division. Recognising the growing demand for integrated services, we added a highly experienced electrical team to complement our mechanical services, forming our dedicated MEP Projects Division. In line with our sustainability mission, Mastertech Sustainable Solutions was launched in 2023, helping clients meet their ESG goals through energy-efficient, future-ready systems. In 2020, we unified all our operations under one name: Mastertech Group. Today, we deliver a full spectrum of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Engineering, Technical Maintenance, and Sustainable Solutions — all under one roof.
