Matar is not a standard marketing company that sells floor plans.
We understand building and execution plans – an advantage which results in high conversion rates and a minimum number of meetings to close the deal.
There is no unnecessary ping-pong between us and our contractors as we know how to represent them in all matters and therefore streamline the client to signature.
We do not employ realtors - we train talented people and build their project marketing skills from scratch. This means every one of our marketers talks and behaves consistently meaning potential buyers do not get the feeling that they are talking to realtors but to the developer himself.
