Matthew James Consulting is a leading provider of Background Screening and Pre-Employment Screening checks. We provide a comprehensive range of checks across a variety of business sectors including financial, legal and insurance. We work with our clients directly to create bespoke packages to meet their exact requirements. We were established in 2007 and our office is based in Brighton.
Our Pre-Employment screening services have been developed through the knowledge and experience that we have gained from working within financial recruitment. We therefore have a detailed and practical understanding of both the screening and recruitment processes.
Examples of checks that we carry out are employment history, criminal records, credit, sanctions, media and right to work, along with regulatory referencing and the associated regulatory checks. We also carry out projects such as the rescreening of current employees.
