Mawaka (MA WAt KAche mer haut?) is a cooking school for kids in Luxembourg (Gasperich). The emphasis is on fun cooking with fresh, preferably local and seasonal food. The idea is to make children aware of a healthy, balanced and eco-responsible diet, to develop autonomy, the 5 senses, the pleasure of creating, manipulating, experimenting, language, motor skills and much more. In September 2022, Mawaka will move into a brand new building with a large space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly adapted to the needs of children of different ages (ergonomics, safety, hygiene).
