The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is the only federal agency created specifically to foster the growth and global competitiveness of minority businesses enterprises in the U.S.A. MBDA has forty-four business centers throughout the country, including a federal procurement center in Washington, D.C.
To meet the goals of MBDA, the Mobile center provides business and technical assistance to help emerging and existing minority business enterprises grow substantially by facilitating entry into new markets and assisting with the acquisition of capital.
