Mind Body Spirit Balance has been created for you by Hamish and Rachel Macdonald.
Hamish’s background as a Reiki master, aromatherapist, movement specialist and healer allows him to understand your needs and what you require to change your self and your environment to grow, become better and, most importantly, to find balance. As you can take from our name, finding balance is a combination of your mind, your body and your spirit. Hamish will help you understand your body, your mind and your spirit. He will teach you how yours works and what you need to do with the trimutive to assist in bringing all parts into balance.
Rachel is a “techno queen.” Many of our modern issues arise from excessive or prolonged use of our electronic devices and the “clutter” that goes hand in hand with those. Usually our “clutter” extends into our physical life and not just our digital persona. We need help decluttering physically and electronically. From organising your physical space (kitchen, wardrobes, rooms, spaces) to fashioning your electronics into devices that work for you, by enhancing your day and doing something as simple as turning off your wifi at night, Rach is the techno queen to help you do it.
Balance is a combination of “Mind + Body + Spirit.” If only one of those is “out of balance” it throws the others out of balance to varying states from fear to chaos to self destruction.
Mind Body Spirit Balance works to “put the pieces together” to find the balance in your life that you are missing. Your pieces may not be broken, they may not be fully missing, but if you are “out of balance” we will help you find the balance that you require. This may not necessarily be in the order you had them in before, as sometimes, the beauty is in restoring something, improving something, making a better version of yourself, making you even better than before.
