My name is Mateusz Chomicki and I am a head-hunter. I have been working in recruitment since 2010. At the beginning of my professional career I worked as a researcher. Promotion to recruitment consultant gave me new challenges and I have specialised in direct and executive research. After nearly 3 years of work in the agency I have decided to start my own business and provide recruitment services as an independent head-hunter.
To ensure the success of a recruitment project, I employ a number of candidate selection and recruitment methods. I never limit myself to just one method. My professional goal is to find the suitable candidate for my Client as quickly as possible. When contacting potential candidates on behalf of my Client, I always treat them with utmost professionalism so that their relations with their current employer are not harmed. The satisfaction of both the Candidate and my Clients is crucial for me.
Since beginning my career in recruitment I have successfully completed numerous recruitment projects, mainly for the IT sector. I have sought candidates for various positions, from help desk, through software developers (most programming languages) and network administrators, to project managers and IT managers.
I have worked with leading IT companies. My Clients included both consulting companies and Internet traffic leaders.
