In het MCC werken zorgorganisaties uit Noord- en Oost-Flevoland samen aan verbeteringen in de gezondheidszorg.
Het MCC ontwikkelt activiteiten teneinde de eerste en tweede lijn beter op elkaar af te stemmen en realiseert projecten op het gebied van o.a. diabetes, dementie, CVA, hartfalen en palliatieve zorg.
