McDougal 2012, Inc. (d/b/a McDougal Capital) is a Texas Corporation formed on January 1, 2012, as a holding company for various real estate related activities and other investment assets. In February 2015, Mike McDougal exited a very successful real estate career after 22 years to pursue pursue private investments under the banner of McDougal Capital. Since that time, the company has taken equity positions in 11 new business startups. While the majority of the company's holdings remain in the Real Estate industry, these new startups are in a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Media, Medical Products, High Tech and Consumer Products.
