With two separate services on offer, both just as efficient as each other McKenzie’s Recruitment has experienced staff at hand to assist you and your company’s recruitment needs. Tailored to your business we aim to provide you with job ready candidates at a price you can’t refuse.
Full End to End: We will advertise through the major job boards on behalf of your business, screen through resumes and conduct phone interviews. Once the phone interview has been successful we will then conduct face to face interviews with the candidates to ensure all your essential criteria has been met, before we recommend the candidate to you. From that point you will meet with these candidates to ensure you have the best person to fill your position, all of this at a flat fee of $1500+GST per candidate placed within your business.
Candidate Screening: We will advertise on behalf of the business through the major job boards, screen through resumes and conduct phone interviews to ensure the resumes we pass onto you meet the expected criterial. Once the resumes have been emailed to you, you can interview these candidates to pick which one will best fit the role you have open. Expected resume number: Between 3-5 experienced resumes, all of this at a flat fee of $600+GST.
We also offer a 3-month replacement guarantee so your worries will be put aside knowing the candidate whom you have hired, if for any reason doesn’t work out will be replaced by McKenzie’s Recruitment at no additional cost.
