McKinnon Psychology is a Sydney-based clinic dedicated to helping children, teenagers and adults build emotional health and resilience. We believe that growth and wellbeing are possible, even when facing the most difficult circumstances.
Our services range from therapy for acute and ongoing mental health needs, to preventative interventions for sustainable outcomes. We specialise in using evidence-based treatments for anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our experienced psychologists tailor their inventions to suit each client's individual needs, incorporating elements of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other treatment modalities as needed.
Our therapy dog, Gigi, is an important part of our clinic environment. Caring and calm in nature, Gigi and Ollie work alongside the McKinnon Psychology team to provide individualised support for each child, teenager, and adult in our care.
