I have represented clients involved in disputes about real estate developments, construction of highways and airports, manufacturing, entertainment, software as a service, cartography, retail sales, petroleum distribution, computer components, and several others.
In addition, I was an Adjunct Professor of Law at several universities in the City of Atlanta for approximately 10 years and taught a course on bankruptcy taxation in the L.L.M. program, and courses on bankruptcy reorganization, sports management, and sports law in the J.D. program.
I'm also a Co-author of a 2 volume treatise on "Tax Aspects of Bankruptcy Law and Practice, 3ed," with semi-annual supplements, published by Thomson Reuters and sold nationally in the US. The first Volume consists of 1,454 pages of text with over 4,000 case citations.
I received my undergraduate education at DePauw University, B.A. 1958 and my legal education at Duke University School of Law, J.D. 1961.
