Our debt advisory experience includes numerous roles for large- and mid-cap financial sponsors and corporates involving private and public debt for over two decades with multiple mandates for a select group of top-tier private equity firms. Recently, we have had significant involvement in mid-market LBO and growth debt financings, particularly in the UK, DACH and the Nordics.
Our partners' debt restructuring expertise dates back to the distressed exchange offers by telcos in the early 2000's as well as the multiple restructurings of sponsor-led companies during the GFC. We have been active in select mid-market financial restructurings post-COVID-19.
