Medallion Metals is focused on developing a standalone gold and copper mining operation at its flagship Ravensthorpe Gold Project (RGP), located 550km south-east of Perth – at the intersection of the world class Southern Cross greenstone belt and the Albany Fraser Orogen.

Medallion’s short-to-medium term view is to continue to delineate resources across the Project, given the Company has drilled only to shallow depths (averaging 100m), in support of developing a long-life, low-cost gold and copper mine.
As of February 2023, the Project’s Mineral Resource Estimate stands at 19.5Mt @ 2.1 g/t gold and 0.3% copper for 1.3 million ounces of gold and 59,000 tonnes of contained copper metal; with 790koz (61%) of the gold and 36kt of the copper (60%) metal estimated is in the high-confidence Indicated category.
In October 2023, Medallion released an initial Prefeasibility Study (PFS) which confirmed the technical and commercial viability of the Kundip Mining Centre at RGP. The PFS indicated a mining operation capable of producing 85koz Au and 1.8kt Cu (92koz AuEq) per annum over 9 years, with pre-tax cashflow of $85 million per annum.
With multiple opportunities for production rate increase and life extension through growth of known Mineral Resources, near mine and regional discovery and tenure consolidation, Medallion is now on an exciting pathway to developing West Australia’s next long-life, low-cost gold and copper mine.
